AN ACT to authorize the appointment of additional notaries

 

public for Baltimore City.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

and, That Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of

 

Maryland, title "Baltimore City," be and the same is hereby

 

amended by adding an additional section thereto to be known

 

as Section 733A, to follow Section 733, as repealed and re-

 

enacted by the Acts of the General Assembly of 1904, and

 

to read as follows:
