CHAPTER 210.

 

AN ACT to amend the charter of the Union Railroad Com-

 

pany of Baltimore, and thereby to fix the number of its

 

directors, provide for their election, and the election of the

 

president of the company.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That if this Act of Assembly be accepted by the stock-

otherwise, all of the provisions of this Act of Assembly

be so accepted by the said stockholders of said company, then

number of said directors shall be seven, all of whom shall be

 

annually elected by the stockholders of said company at a

by said directors, and from among their own number, as soon

office until the election and qualification of his successor; and
