land of 1866, Chapter 119, and the Acts of Assembly of

 

Maryland amendatory thereto, or under any other laws of the

 

State of Maryland, and all provisions in the said Act of As-

 

sembly of Maryland of 1866, Chapter 119. and the Acts of As-

 

sembly of Maryland amendatory thereto, including all pro-

 

visions relating to the mode of electing or appointing the

 

directors of said company inconsistent with the provisions of

 

this Act are hereby repealed.

 

SEC. 2... And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 211.

 

AN ACT to refund Joseph Muir a sum of money paid by him

 

to the Comptroller of the Treasury of the State, and con-

 

verted into the Treasury of the State, for license to dredge

 

for oysters with the schooner Irene, which schooner was

 

wrecked prior to its use under said license.

 

WHEREAS, Joseph Muir on the 8th clay of October, 1903,
