sembly of Maryland of 1866, Chapter 119. and the Acts of As-
|
 
|
sembly of Maryland amendatory thereto, including all pro-
|
 
|
visions relating to the mode of electing or appointing the
|
 
|
directors of said company inconsistent with the provisions of
|
 
|
this Act are hereby repealed.
|
 
|
SEC. 2... And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.
|
 
|

CHAPTER 211.
|
 
|
AN ACT to refund Joseph Muir a sum of money paid by him
|
 
|
to the Comptroller of the Treasury of the State, and con-
|
 
|
verted into the Treasury of the State, for license to dredge
|
 
|
for oysters with the schooner Irene, which schooner was
|
 
|
wrecked prior to its use under said license.
|
 
|
WHEREAS, Joseph Muir on the 8th clay of October, 1903,
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

by authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon the

warrant for

Treasury of the State in favor of Joseph Muir, of Somerset
|
same.

County, for the sum of forty-three dollars and five cents here-

tofore recited, paid by him for unused license as aforesaid, out
|
 
|
of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.
