AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council of the

 

town of Kensington, Montgomery County, to borrow money

 

on the credit of said town for the purpose of constructing

 

a system of water works, and sewerage, and electric lights,

 

if the amount appropriated be sufficient, and to redeem all

 

of the bonds' of said town issued under previous Acts, and

 

to levy taxes on the assessable property of the said town to

 

repay the money borrowed and interest thereon, and to

 

submit the same to a vote of the real property owners

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
