CHAPTER 203.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections 241 and 244 of Article i of Code

 

of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County,''

 

sub-title "Westernport;" and to repeal Sections 243 and

 

249 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title

 

"Allegany County," sub-title "Westernport," as repealed and

 

re-enacted by Chapter 135 of the Acts of 1890; and Chapter

 

5 of the Acts of 1892, and to re-enact the same with amend-

 

ments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 241 and 244 of Article 1 of the Code of
