SEC. 2, And be it enacted, That all Acts and parts of
|
 
|
Acts inconsistent with this Act be and the same are hereby
|
 
|
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
|
 
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from and after the first day of May. 1904.

CHAPTER 202.
|

AN ACT to provide rations for the officers and crews of the
|
 
|
steamers of the State Fishery Force.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|

rations shall be allowed to officers or crew of sailing vessels,

and the sum of nine dollars per month for each man is hereby

appropriated to carry into effect the provisions of this Act,
|
 
|
which sums are payable out of the Oyster Fund by the State,
|
 
|
to and upon the approval of the Commander of the State Fish-
|
 
|
ery Force.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.
|
