CHAPTER 195.

 

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Howard

 

County to issue bonds to procure money for the repairing of

 

roads, bridges and culverts in Howard County, and to levy

 

a tax for the payment of the same.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That whenever a majority of the registered voters of

bear interest at a rate not exceeding four per cent, per annum,

 

payable semi-annually on the first day of January and June
