SEC. 2. And be if enacted, That said wharf shall not extend
|

beyond the northern edge of the channel of said river, nor in-

length of

terfere with the navigation therein; and be it enacted that
|
 
|
nothing in this Act shall be construed to be mandatory on said
|
 
|
Commissioners to levy said sum of money.
|
 
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.
|
 
|

CHAPTER 189.
|
 
|
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter
|
 
|
307 of the Laws of Maryland, passed at the January Session,
|
 
|
1890, entitled "An Act to require the Commissioners of
|
 
|
Talbot County to pay annually to the Commissioners of
|
 
|
Easton the amount of road tax levied or taxed upon the
|
 
|
property within the limits of the towns of Easton, St. Mich-
|
 
|
aels, Trappe and Oxford."
|
 
|
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That Chapter 307 of the Laws of Maryland passed at the
|
Re-enactment
of road tax.
|
January Session, 1890, be and the same is hereby repealed and
|
 
|
re-enacted so as to read as follows :
|
 
|
307. That the County Commissioners of Talbot County
shall annually pay to the Commissioners of Easton the sum of
|

seven hundred dollars and to the towns of St. Michaels, Trappe
|
tenance of
streets.
|
and Oxford the sum of fifty dollars each annually, to be dis-
|
 
|
bursed by them for the repair and maintenance of the streets
|

of said towns.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Baltimore

County to reimburse Alfred Fowble for money paid for
