CHAPTER 171.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section 142 of Article 7 of the Code of

 

Public Local Laws, title "Carroll County," sub-title "State's

 

Attorney," as re-enacted and amended by Chapter 396 of the

 

Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland at its January

 

Session in the year 1900, and to re-enact the same with

 

amendments, fixing a salary for the State's Attorney.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
