CHAPTER 172.

AN ACT to provide for the State registration of nurses.
|
 
|
SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|

All vacancies occurring on this board shall be filled by the

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the members of this State
|

sary to govern its proceedings. The secretary shall be required

to keep a record of all meetings of the board including a reg-

ister of the names of all nurses duly registered under this Act,
which shall at all reasonable times be open to public scrutiny,
