SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Chapter 25 of the Acts of the General Assembly of

Allegany

land, That an additional section be added to Article 27 of the

 

Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments,"

 

sub-title "Fraud," to be numbered Section 970, to follow

 

Section 97 A, and to read as follows :

 

97B. Any person who shall unlawfully wear the insignia,
