CHAPTER 168.

 

AN ACT to prevent the killing or trapping of foxes in Kent

 

County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall not be lawful to injure or kill any fox in

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful to shoot
