but all other Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with the pro-

visions of this Act are hereby repealed.
|
 
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.
|

CHAPTER 168.
|
 
|
AN ACT to prevent the killing or trapping of foxes in Kent
|
 
|
County.
|
Unlawful to
kill foxes.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall not be lawful to injure or kill any fox in
|
 
|
Kent County when pursued by dogs.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful to shoot
|

or trap foxes in Kent County for the purpose of selling or
|
of a fox.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That any person or persons

guilty of violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed

jail for a term of not less than five or more than twenty days.

|
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.
