AN ACT to authorize and direct the Comptroller of the State

 

Treasury and the County Commissioners of Baltimore County,

 

respectively, to refund to George Brehm and Henry A.

paid by them for liquor license granted or to be granted to

 

Amon Dorsey for the year 1903-1904, which license was

 

never taken from the clerk's office of the Circuit Court of

 

said County.

 

WHEREAS, The said George Brehm and Henry A. Brehm,

 

trading as George Brehm & Son, brewers of beer, paid to the
