LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners

Baltimore
County to pay

of Baltimore County be and they are hereby authorized and

three-

directed to draw their warrant on the Treasurer of Baltimore

County in favor of George Brehm & Son for the sum of one

 

hundred and fifty dollars ; and the said Treasurer of Balti-

the county treasury not otherwise appropriated.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to incorporate the Cecil County Bar and Law Li-

 

brary Association and to provide means for maintaining the

 

same.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

as may hereafter become members of the same, and their suc-

 

cessors, be and they are hereby created a corporation by the

 

name and title of Cecil County Bar and Law Library Asso-

 

ciation, and by that name shall have perpetual succession, sue

 

and be sued, answer and defend in any court of law and equity,

 

and may adopt such by-laws, rules and regulations as may be

 

from time to time necessary and proper for conducting the

 

affairs of said corporation as shall not be contrary to the laws

 

of the United States or of this State, and may have and use

 

a seal and alter and change the same at pleasure, and in gen-

 

eral exercise all the rights, privileges and immunities as by

 

law are incident or necessary to the corporation herein con-

 

stituted.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said corporation, under the
