AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and Council of Rockville

 

to issue bonds to an amount not exceeding five thousand

 

dollars, to pay an indebtedness incurred by the Mayor and

 

Council of Rockville in repairing and enlarging its water

 

system, and for the purpose of restoring and equipping

 

its electric light plant.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
