CHAPTER 130.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and Council of Rockville

to issue bonds to an amount not exceeding five thousand
|

dollars, to pay an indebtedness incurred by the Mayor and
|

Council of Rockville in repairing and enlarging its water
|
 
|
system, and for the purpose of restoring and equipping
|
 
|
its electric light plant.

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

under the provisions of this Act are hereby exempted from
|
 
|
all taxation for any purpose ; provided, however, that said
|
 
|
bonds shall not be sold for less than par, or the face value
|
 
|
thereof, in cash current money.
