AN ACT to authorize James M. Budd to build a wharf at

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

to build a wharf at Budcl's Landing, on the Cecil County

 

side of Sassafras river, on his property in Cecil County, border-

other person or so as to interfere with the navigation of

AN ACT to prohibit the grafting of licenses for the sale
