SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That it shall be unlawful for the Clerk of the Circuit

Court for Garrett County, Maryland, to issue to any person

districts.

or persons or corporation a license to sell spirituous or fer-

|
mented liquors or lager beer in Election Districts Nos. 6, 10
|
 
|
and 12, commonly known as Sang Run, Deer Park and
|
 
|
Bittinger Districts of Garrett County, Maryland.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.
|
 
|

Public Local Laws, title "Washington County," under the

be designated as Section 28A, and to follow Section 28.
|
 
|
SECTION T. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
|

Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington
|

as Section 28A, and to read as follows :

28A. It shall be lawful for banks, bankers, trust companies
|

and other banking institutions in the city of Hagerstown,
Washington County, to close their doors for business at
|
Saturday half
holiday in a
bank.
