SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That William J. Staton, L. Ernest

CHAPTER 13.

AN ACT to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Balti-
|
 
|
more County to transcribe certain land indexes, mortgage
|
 
|
indexes and equity indexes, and to procure cases of modern
|
 
|
plan and style for the purpose of filing law papers, insolvent
|
 
|
papers and miscellaneous papers in his office, and further
|
 
|
to make such necessary changes in the fixtures of said office
|
 
|
as may be approved by the Judges of the Circuit Court for
|
 
|
said county, and to provide for the payment thereof.
|
 
|
WHEREAS, The land and mortgage indexes in the office of the
|
 
|
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, made since
|
 
|
December 13, in the year 1893, are in need of transcribing for
|
