CH AFTER 11.

 

AN ACT to provide for a general index of the Equity Records

 

of Allegany County from the year 1816 to July 1, 1904.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Allegany County,
Maryland, be and he is hereby authorized to make a general

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners

 

of Allegany County be and they are hereby authorized and re-

 

quired to levy upon the assessable property of said county,

AN ACT to incorporate the Camden Sewer Company, of Sal-

 

isbury, Md.

 

WHEREAS, By an ordinance of the Mayor and City Council

 

of Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland, passed by said

 

Council on the 7th day of July, 1902, and approved by said

 

Mayor on the loth day of the same month, William J. Staton.

 

L. E. Williams, N. T. Fitch and A. A. Gillis, and the other per-

 

sons whom they should associate with themselves in the fur-

 

nishing of the means for the construction of such sewers, were

 

granted leave and permission to lay a main sewer pipe on Cam-

 

den avenue (in said Salisbury) from the south end thereof
to the Wicomico river (with pipe of not less than twelve inches
