AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section

 

236 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title

 

"Washington County," sub-title "Hancock," as enacted by

 

Chapter 478 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land of the year 1892, providing for the assessment, levy

 

and collection of taxes in Hancock, Maryland, for munici-
