AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section

 

48 of Article 43 of the Code of Public General Laws, title

 

"Health," sub-title "Practitioners of Medicine," as repealed

 

and re-enacted by Chapter 612 of the Acts of 1902.
