sible (north of the Choptank river) ; free from obstruction by

 

ice when this service can be done without detriment to the

 

commerce of the port of Baltimore.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 689.

 

AN ACT to refund to the United Shirt and Collar Company,

 

a corporation, certain moneys erroneously paid into the
