SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all temperance legislation,

 

commonly called local option laws, and all fence laws and other

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the dale of its passage.

CHAPTER 75.

 

AN ACT to provide for the building of a court house in

 

Somerset County and to authorize, empower and direct the

 

County Commissioners of Somerset County to borrow money

 

on the credit of the county for the purpose of building of

 

same, and constructing therein the necessary vaults for

 

the preservation of the records and court papers of the Or-

 

phans' Court and Circuit Court, the County Commissioners

 

and the Board of School Commissioners, and to issue bonds

 

for the payment of same and to levy taxes on the assessable

 

property of said county to redeem such bonds and to pay

 

the interest thereon.
