CHAPTER 74.

 

AN ACT to lay out and establish a new election district in

 

Somerset County out of a part or parts of Tangier District

 

No. 9 of said county, to be called and known as Deal's

 

Island District No. 14; and to provide for the appointment

 

of justices of the peace, the enforcement of existing local

 

laws now in force in the territory comprising said new

 

district and to place said district with St. Peter's, Dame's

 

Quarter and Tangier District in the allotment of a County

 

Commissioner and tax collector for said county as now

 

exists for said district by law. and to require the Super-

 

visors of Election to appoint election officials for said new

 

district.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
