SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

house, jury-room and library, and all the necessary offices for

 

the accommodation of the Circuit Court and Orphans' Court

 

for Somerset County, the County Commissioners and other

 

county boards and officers, upon the public ground in the

 

town of Princess Anne, in Somerset County, and the furnish-

 

ing- of said court house and offices, when so constructed, with

 

necessary fire-proof vaults and cases for the reception of the

 

public records, and their preservation from loss by fire, and

 

with all necessary furniture for the accommodation of the

 

the Circuit Court and Orphans' Court for Somerset County,

 

the County Commissioners, the Board of School Commis-

 

sioners for said county. County Treasurer, the State's Attor-

 

ney, the Sheriff and the members of the bar, and with such

 

other things as their convenience may require ; which court

 

house and offices shall be built by contract after public notice

 

of at least three weeks in such newspapers as said Commis-

 

sioners shall select ; of the letting of the contract, the County

 

Commissioners reserving the right to reject bid or bids which

 

for any reason shall not be satisfactory to them, and the bidder

 

to whom the contract may be awarded shall execute a bond

 

to the said County Commissioners with security or sureties.
