CHAPTER 650.

AN ACT to amend the charter of the Hagerstown Railway

Company of Washington County, Maryland, a corporation

duly incorporated under the provisions of Article 23 of the

Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, to authorize

it to buy, sell, lease or consolidate with the Hagerstown

and Myersville Railway Company, the Hagerstown West

End Railway Company or any other railroad or railway,

and to connect or enter into a traffic agreement with the

said railway companies or any other railroad or railway com-

pany, and also to authorize and empower the said Hagers-

town and Myersville Railway Company and the Hagerstown

West End Railway Company or either of them to sell, lease

to or consolidate with or enter into a traffic agreement with

the said Hagerstown Railway Company of Washington

County, Maryland, or any other railroad or railway company,

and to make the charter of the Hagerstown Railway Com-

pany of Washington County, Maryland, perpetual.
