6. The charter of the Hagerstown Railway Company of

perpetual.

Washington County, Maryland, be and the same is hereby

made perpetual.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to prevent the hauling of seines in certain waters of
|
|
 
|
Anne Arundel County.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person or persons

offending against the provisions of this Act, upon con-

viction before any justice of the peace in Anne Arundel County,

who are hereby given jurisdiction in such offenses, shall be
|
|
 
|
fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than fifty
|
|
 
|
dollars for each and every offense, provided that the party
|
|
 
|
convicted shall have the right to appeal to the Circuit Court
|
|
 
|
for Anne Arundel County.
