pay a fine of not less than five dollars nor, more than one

hundred dollars; and upon failure and refusal to pay said fine

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 205 to 213, both inclusive, of

Article 6 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Caroline

County,' sub-title "Roads," and Sections I and 2 of Article
