LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

25 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "County Com-

 

missioners," and all other laws, so far as said sections and

 

laws may be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Caroline

Sections i and 2 of Article 25 of the Code of Public General

 

Laws, title "County Commissioners," and all other laws, so

 

far as said sections and laws may be inconsistent with the pro-

 

visions of this Act, be and the same are hereby repealed, and

 

the following be enacted in lieu thereof, as sections of Article

 

6 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Caroline County,"

 

sub-title "Roads."

 

205. The County Commissioners of Caroline County are au-
