tion to the City of Cumberland), in a westerly direction about

 

twenty-one hundred feet to Sulphur Springs Hollow road, at

 

a point to be determined by the Commissioners appointed under

 

this Act.

 

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That said Commissioners shall

shall approve said plats, plans and profile maps (or when ap-

 

proved by the City Engineer) the said Commissioners shall

 

immediately thereafter advertise in two newspapers published

 

in the City of Cumberland for sealed bids or proposals for

 

doing all work necessary to be done in connection with the
