or by levy, equivalent to cash, on the day of his making his

 

report as provided in the preceding section; provided, that if

 

the amount of the constable's fees for services of processes

 

by him as may appear in his report and the report of the justice

 

of the peace is less than fifty dollars, then and in that case

 

such constable shall only receive the amount of fees appearing

 

by said reports to have been earned by him ; provided, that no

 

constable shall be allowed nor paid but one fee or costs for all

 

or any cases that may arise from one incident, disorder or

 

transaction; and that the justice of the peace of the Sixth

 

District shall direct his warrant to the constable of the Sixth

 

District in such cases only where the constable is the complain-

CHAPTER 641.

 

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners

 

of Montgomery County to construct a stone pike road over

 

the county road between the town of Kensington and the

 

Wheaton Postoffice, in said county, not less than twelve feet

 

wide, and to borrow money on the credit of said county for

 

the construction of said road, and to issue coupon bonds there-

 

for, and to levy and collect on and from the assessable prop-

 

erty from the Fifth Collection District of said county an an-

 

nual tax sufficient to pay said bonds when they mature, and

 

the interest thereon as it becomes due.
