The fees for services of the justices of the peace of the Sixth

District, and in Brooklyn, Fifth Election District, shall be the

same as herein allowed the justices of the peace of other dis-

tricts, but shall be taxed, collected and accounted for by them
|
|
 
|
as in preceding sections of this Act.

|
178D. The constables of Anne Arundel County (except in
|
|
 
|
the Sixth District and for the Eastport precinct of the Second
|
|
 
|
Election District, wherein no constable shall be appointed by
|
|
 
|

shall not receive any pay for doing criminal work other than

sheriff or other officer, and such charge shall be dismissed or
|
|
 
|
the defendant acquitted, no fees in such cases shall be allowed
|
|
 
|
by the County Commissioners, or the Mayor, Councilor or
|
|
 
|
Aldermen to any officer serving such warrant or other process.
