CHAPTER 640.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections 176, 176 (or 176B), 178B and

 

178D of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title

 

"Anne Arundel County," sub-title, "Justices of the Peace

 

and Constables," as the same was enacted by Sections 176,

 

176 (or 176B) of Chapter 334 of the Acts of 1892, Section

 

178B of Chapter 276 of the Acts of 1900, Section 178B

 

of Chapter 467 of the Acts of 1902, and Section 178D of

 

Chapter 301 of the Acts of 1894, and to re-enact the said

 

sections with amendments, and to add new sections to said

 

Article 2, to be designated as Sections 176, 176B, 178D

 

and 178E.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 176, 176 (or 176B), 178B and Section
