Bucktown and Linkwood Election Districts, or Election Dis-

 

tricts Nos. 11,13 and 14, of Dorchester County, be and the

 

same are hereby repealed, and that the following sub-sections,

title and sub-title, and read as hereinafter set forth, be and the

 

same is hereby enacted, the same to be applicable to said Draw-

 

bridge, Bucktown and Linkwood Election Districts, or Elec-

 

tion Districts Nos. 11, 13 and 14, respectively, of Dorchester

bridge, Bucktown and Linkwood Election Districts, or Elec-

 

tion Districts Nos.11, 13 and 14, to take orders for any such

 

liquors, medicated bitters or alcoholic compound at any time,

 

under any pretense, in any manner or for any purpose what-

 

ever, and if any person or persons, firm or corporation within

 

the said Drawbridge, Bucktown and Linkwood Election Dis-

 

tricts, or Election Districts Nos. 11, 13 and 14, shall directly

 

or indirectly sell or otherwise dispose of by way of barter any

 

such liquors, medicated bitters or alcoholic compounds or

 

cider, or shall therein take any order or orders therefor, then

 

such person or persons, the member of such firm and the

 

directors, trustees or managers of such corporation shall

 

be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof in

three nor more than six months; but if any such liquors,

land House of Correction for not less than six months. In any

 

indictment, warrant or other charge the members of any firm

 

shall be designated as in civil suits, and in the case of cor-

 

porations the directors, trustees or managers thereof may be
