after notification of his appointment, shall take and subscribe

 

an oath or affirmation before the Clerk of the Superior Court

 

of Baltimore City to impartially and faithfully discharge his

 

duties as said Commissioner ; every person appointed Commis-

 

sioner who shall refuse or neglect to take the oath or affirma-

 

tion provided for in this section, within the period named.

in Section 511 of this Article, to fill the vacancy thus created;

AX ACT to repeal Sections 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212

 

and 213 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws,

 

title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Liquors and Intoxi-

 

cating Drinks," and the amendments thereto made by the

 

General Assembly of Maryland as follows, to wit. : by

 

Chapter 595 of the Acts of 1890, Chapter 60 of the Acts

 

of 1894 and Chapter 234 of the Acts of 1896, in so far as

 

said sections and said amendments apply to Drawbridge,

 

Bucktown and Link wood Election Districts, or Election Dis-

 

tricts Nos. 11, 13 and 14, respectively, of Dorchester County,

 

and to add a sub-section to come in after Section 213 of

 

said Article, under said title and sub-title, the said sub-

 

section to be applicable to said Drawbridge, Bucktown and

 

Linkwood Election Districts, or Election Districts Nos. 11,

 

13 and 14, of said county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212 and 213 of
