AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 3

 

of Chapter 543 of the Acts of 1902, entitled "An Act to

 

regulate the taking of fish in the waters of Allegany County."

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Section 3 of Chapter 543 of the Acts of the General

 

Assembly of Maryland of 1902 be and the same is hereby re-

 

pealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
