LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

 

Approved March 15, 1904.

 

CHAPTER 70.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections 137 to 142D. both inclusive, of

 

Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,

 

title "Baltimore County," sub-title "justices of the Peace

 

and Constables." as amended and re-enacted by Chapter

 

147 of the Acts of 1900 and to re-enact said sections xvith

 

amendments, and to add new sections to said Article to be

 

known as Sections 142E, 142F, 142G, 142H, 142I, 142J.

 

I42K, 142L and 142M, and to repeal all prior Acts incon-

 

sistent herewith.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land. That Sections 137 to 142D, both inclusive, of the Code

 

of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ''Baltimore County,''

 

sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables," as amended

 

and re-enacted by Chapter 147 of the Acts of 1900 be and the

 

same are hereby repealed and re-enactt-d and that additional

 

sections be added thereto to be known as Sections 142F,. 142 F,

 

142G, 142H, 142I, 142J, 142 K, 142L and 142Ml. so that the

 

whole shall read as follows :

 

137. There shall be the following number of justices of
