WHEREAS, The papers filed with the superintendent of cen-
sus show that certain of the said enumerators were entitled
|

now, therefore,

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That the sum of four thousand dollars, or so much
|

vided, however, that in no case shall the allowance be made
|

to any enumerator be in excess of the twenty days provided
|
 
|
for under Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1901 ; provided, further,
|
 
|
the person so named by the Governor to disburse the moneys
|
 
|
hereby appropriated shall be the sole judge of the amount
|
 
|
or amounts alleged to be due to any of the said enumerators.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.
|

AN ACT to amend the charter and grant additional powers
|
 
|
to the Woman's College of Baltimore, a corporation incor-
|
 
|
porated under the General Laws of Maryland as amended
|
 
|
by an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
|
 
|
the January Session in the year 1890, Chapter 325.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land. That the Woman's College of Baltimore be and it is

porators, or members of said corporation, so as to increase

|
said corporators or members to be known and designated as
|
 
|
the "Trustees of the Woman's College of Baltimore."
