to be therein recorded among the land records of said county,

and the voters residing in said district shall be entitled to the

same rights and privileges as voters in other districts in said

county, and the said Board of Election Supervisors shall ap-
|
 
|
point such officers of registration and election required in
|
 
|
such district as are necessary under the laws of the State of
|
 
|
Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 67.

AN ACT to refund to the Montgomery County Telephone

Company. Gaithersburg, Maryland, a certain amount of

county taxes paid in error.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

and they are hereby requested and directed to pay to the Mont-

gomery County Telephone Company, of Gaithersburg, Mary-
|
 
|
land, the sum of ninety-seven dollars and ninety-nine cents,
|
 
|
being the amount of over payment of county taxes paid in
|
 
|
error by said Montgomery County Telephone Company in the
|
 
|
years 1800, 1900, 1900 and 1902.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to provide for the deficiency in the payment of

census enumerators under Chapter 3 of the Acts of the Gen-

eral Assembly at the Extraordinary Session of 1901.

WHEREAS, The sum of forty thousand dollars appropriated
