An ACT to make provision for the maintenance and education of Joseph Handy, only
    son of captain Joseph Handy.

An ACT to regulate the building and erecting of wharfs in the port of the city of Annapolis.
An ACT to establish permanent salaries for the chancellor and judges.
An ACT to ascertain and establish a permanent salary to the governor.
An ACT for the more effectual preservation of the breed of wild deer.
An ACT for the further relief of the securities of Thomas Williams, deceased, late collector

    of the tax and public dues in Prince-George's county, and for other purposes
    therein mentioned.  (A private act.)
An ACT relating to the public buildings in Caroline county.
An ACT to erect a town in Talbot county.

    cent. on all other foreign merchandise, imported into this state.
