John Deakins Remaineth against the Said Richard Brightwell thereof undefended
etc.
Therefore it is Considered that the Said John Deakins Recover against the Said
Richard Brightwell his Damages by occation of the premises to five hundred
Eighty five pounds of tobaccoe the ballance of Account aforesaid as alsoe the
Sume of three hundred Sixty four pounds of tobaccoe to the Said John Deakins at
his Request for his Costs and Charges in this behalfe Sustained etc. And by the
Court here Adjudged etc. and the Said Richard Brightwell etc. in mercy etc.
Henry Ferneley plantiffe: Robert Biggs Defendant.
The plantiffe brought his Majestys writt against the Defendant of a plea that
he renders unto him three hundred and Sixty pounds of tobaccoe which to him
he oweth and unjustly Deteyneth etc. And hath not procecuted his Said writt etc.
Therefore he and his pledges of procecuting be in mercy etc. Lett the names of the
pledges be Sought etc. and the Said Robert Biggs goe thereof without Day etc.
It is Likewise Considered that the Said Robert Biggs Recover against the Said

five pounds of tobaccoe to the Said Robert Biggs by the discretion of the Justices
here att his Request for his Cost and Charges in this behalfe Sustained According
to the forme of the Stattute etc. And by the Court here Adjudged etc.
Thomas Hillory Administrator Baruch Williams plantiffe: Thomas Stafford
Defendant.
The plantiffe by James Cranford his Attorney Sues the Defendant of a plea
of trespass upon the Case etc. And hath not procecuted his Said writt etc. there-
fore he and his pledges of Procecuting be in mercy etc. Lett the names of the
pledges be Sought etc. And the Said [89] Thomas Stafford goe thereof without
Day etc. It is Likewise Considered that the Said Thomas Hillory Sattisfie and
pay unto the Said Thomas Stafford his Damages by occation of the premises
to pounds of tobaccoe to the Said Thomas Stafford by the discretion of the
Justices here att his Request for his Cost and Charges in this behalfe Sustained
And by the Court here Adjudged etc.

The plantiffe by Thomas Hughes his Attorney Sues the defendant in a plea
of trespass upon the Case etc. And hath not procecuted his Said writt etc. There-
fore he and his pledges of procecuting be in mercy etc. Lett the names of the
pledges be Sought etc. And the Said John Smith goe thereof without day etc.
It is Likewise Considered that the Said John Smith Recover against the Said
Thomas Palmer his Damages by occation of the premises to two hundred Sixty
five pounds of tobaccoe to the Said John Smith by the discretion of the Justices
here att his Request for his Cost and Charges in this behalfe Sustained According
to the forme of the Stattute etc. By the Court here Adjudged etc.
Thomas Davis made oath that he Attended three dayes for John Deakins
against Richard Brightwell Whereupon it is ordered that the Said Deakins pay
to the Said Davis ninty pounds of tobaccoe for his Said three dayes Attendance.
Ordered that the Sheriffe Imediately Send and Summonds Steven Ashby and
William Conley to testifie what Shall be by the Court here Demanded of them
against Thomas Duley in Custody of the Sheriff.
