The plantiffe haveing Issued out two writts against the Defendant for 1380
lbs. of tobacco due upon the ballance of the above Accompt boath which Said
writts was by the Sheriffe of Prince Georges County Returned that the Said
Defendant was not to be found in his balywick upon which it is testified on
the part of the Said Joshua Cecell that the Said Matthew Burnam hath Elloined
himselfe out of this province and alsoe have Caused a Coppy of the Cause of
Action to be Left at the house were the Defendant Last Resided in this County
Whereupon the Said Joshua Cecell in his proper person prayeth an Attechment
against the goods Chatties and Creditts of the Said Matthew Burnam as well for
the Said Sume of thirteen hundred and Eighty pounds of tobacco the ballance
of Account aforesaid as alsoe the Sume of four hundred and four pounds of
tobacco his Cost and Charges in this behalfe Laid out and Expended According
