616 PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY

Judgement of the Provintiall Court Dated the fifth day of September Annoque
Domini 1698 and that the Same be upon the account and at the Cost and Charge
of the Said County Ordered that the Abovesaid And the Coppy of the Judgement
of the Provintiall Court be Sent to the Atorney Generall the first oppertunity by
the Clerke of this County.

These 12 actions are Continued till the next Court: Trumans administrator
against Ninian Beall - trespass on the Case; Nicholas Sporne against William
Hutchison - trespass on the Case; Edward Ball against William Stone - trespass
on the Case; Willsons Executors against Ninian Beall — trespass on the Case;
Thomas Nellson against Charletts administrator - trespass on the Case; Jacob
Mooreland against David Small - trespass on the Case; Joseph Owen against
Joseph Winger - trespass on the Case; William Jones against Ninian Beall - tres-
pass on the Case; James Moore against Nicholas Sporne - trespass on the Case;
Edward Battson against John Boulton - trespass on the Case; Henry Willis
against Treacys Administrator - trespass on the Case; Ditto against Ditto-tres-
pass on the Case.

These Eleven actions are agreed: Joseph Adison against David Small - trespass
on the Case; Joseph Addison against Treacys administrator - trespass on the Case;
Joshua Cecell against Hugh Fergison — trespass on the Case; Willsons Executors
against Hugh Fergison - trespass on the Case; Nathaniell Wickham against
Nicholas Sporne - Debt 850; William Hutchison against Hickford Leman - tres-
pass on the Case; Kersteads administratrix against David Davis-Debt 1228;
Joshua Cecell against John Boulton - trespass on the Case; John Green against
Thomas Wauters - trespass on the Case; John Banister against William Smith -
trespass on the Case; Shorts Administrators against John Smith - trespass on the
Case.

These 2 actions are Struck off the Docquett: Roger Brooke against Willsons
Executors - Debt 22729; Willsons Executors against David Davis - trespass on
the Case.

Phillip Hoshkins against Thomas Gates - Debt 450 in Custody.

Then did the Court adjourne till the 4th Tuesday in November annoque
Domini 1699.

Moses Orme desiers A bay mare of his given by Deborah Keniston to him may
be recorded, it hath a Small Starr in the fore head and a Switch taile Branded
on the near buttock with this brand 4K and on the Farr buttock R O She was
given She and her increas to the Said Moses.

[517] John Ackatomacka Emporer of Piscattaway: Mr. William Hutchison

To all Christian and other People whom these presents may Concerne Know
ye that I John Ackatomaka Emporer of Piscattaway for and in Consideration of
the Sume of one hundred and Eight armes Lenth of Roanoake to me Paid by
William Hutchison of Prince Georges County as allso out of the Speaciall Love
and Favour I bear to the Said William have given Granted Sold and assigned and
by these presents doe give grant Sell assigne and Make over unto him the Said
William Hutchinson a Certaine parcell of Land Laying upon Patomick River
Adjoyneing to Pamonkey Creek Extending it Self from the Said Creeke up the
River to a great Marsh about a Mile from the Said Creek and not Extending it Selfe
