Ordered that the Clarke of this County doe make his appearance at his Office
at Charles Towne every Wednsday and every Sattarday and if the Dayes proove
wett that he make his appearance the next Dry Day after.

Ordered that the Sherife make returne of all writts and Prossesses that comes
to his hands by tenn of the Clock of the Court Sitting.

Ordered that the Attorneyes Practiseing in this Court have those Followeing
fees (Viz.) for the Debt and Damages recovered under two Thousand one hun-
dred pounds of Tobacco if under three Thousand two hundred pounds of
Tobacco if under four Thousand three hundred pounds of Tobacco if above
4000 pounds of Tobacco four hundred pounds of Tobacco and all nonsuites one
hundred.

Ordered that the Clerke take a Coppy of all amercements ever Since this hath
been a County and that he give a Coppy thereof to the Sherife to collect the
Same with the County Leavie.

Delivered Seven Taxable Persons to be received of Severall Persons that
denyed the Last year to give them in as Taxables. by order of Court.

Ordered that the Sherife receive of every Taxable person Ninety three pounds
of Tobacco and for nonpayment thereof Execution to Ishue Out according to
Law.

Samuell Taylor made Oath to 5 days attendance for Timothy Mayhall against
John Lowther. Ordered that the Said Mayhall pay one hundred and fifty pounds
of Tobacco for his Said Attendance.
