And the Defendant in his propper person came into Court and acknowledged
the Said Sume of Sixteen hundred pounds of Tobacco to be Justly due and
oweing unto the Said William Dent in manner and forme aforesaid and De-
siered Judgement might be entred against him for the Same.

Therefore it is Considered that the Said Major William Dent recover against
the Said Hugh Ryley as well the Sume of Sixteen hundred pounds of Tobacco
his Debt aforesaid as allso the Sume of two hundred twenty Six pounds of
Tobacco to the Plantiff of his assent for his Costs and Charges in Suite by the
Court here adjudged and the Said Hugh Ryley in mercy.

The Plantives Sues the Defendant in a plea of Tresspass upon the Case etc.
it being for two hundred fifty nine pounds of Tobacco Due upon account as
by account here entred may appear.

due and oweing unto Kathrine Willson and Joshua Cecell administrators of
Jonathan Willson Deceased in manner and forme aforesaid and Desiered Judge-
ment might be entred against him for the Same.

Therefore it is Considered that the Said Kathrine Willson and Joshua Cecell
Executors of the Said Jonathan Willson Deceased recover against the Said
Charles Wallker as well the Sume of two hundred fifety nine pounds of Tobacco
their Debt aforesaid as allso the Sume of two hundred and twenty pounds of
Tobacco to the Plantives of their assent for their Cost and Charges in Suite by
the Court here adjudged and the Said Charles Wallker in mercy.

[512] Thomas Hollyday Plantiff: John Murdock Defendant

John Murdock Late of Prince Georges County Merchant was atteached to
answer unto Thomas Hollyday of a plea of tresspas upon the Case etc.

And whereupon the Said Thomas by Joshua Cecell his attorney Compleineth
that whereas the Said Thomas the Ninth day of March in the year of our Lord
1698 [1699] att Charles Towne within the Jurisdiction of this Court Stood in-
debted unto the Said Thomas in the Sume of two hundred Eighty two pounds
