540 PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY

Said two hundred fifety Seven and a halfe pounds of Tobacco in forme as the
Plantiffe above against him hath declared.

Therefore it is Considered that the Said John Lowther Plantiffe doe recover
against the Said William Mills Defendant as well the Sume of two hundred
fifty Seven and halfe pounds of Tobacco his Debt aforesaid as allso the Sume
of two hundred twenty Eight pounds of Tobacco to the plantiff of his Assent
for his Costs and Charges of Suite by the Court here adjudged and the Said
William Mills in Mercy.

Joshua Cecell Plantiffe: Charles Beall Defendant

The Plantiffe in his Propper Person brought his Majesties writt of Capias
against the Defendand in a Plea of Tresspass upon the Case etc. being for five
hundred forty two pounds of Tobacco Due for Clerks Fees and attorneys Fees
as by Declaration Filed and account here Entred may appear etc.

And The Said Charles Beall in his Propper Person cometh and defendeth the
force and Injury when etc. and Saith that hee cannot gainesay the Action of
the Said Joshua Cecell nor but that he Oweth the Said Joshua Cecell Plantiffe
the Said five Hundred forty two pounds of Tobacco in forme as the Plantiff by
his account above hath Sett forth.

Therefore it is Considered that the Said Joshua Cecell Plant iff doe recover
against the Said Charles Beall Defendant as well the Sume of five hundred
forty two pounds of Tobacco his Debt aforesaid as allso the Sume of two hun-
dred and Sixteen pounds of Tobacco to the Plantiffe of his assent for his Costs
and Charges of Suite by the Court here adjudged and the Said Charles Beall
in Mercy.

Kathrine Willson and Joshua Cecell Plantiffe: [Charles Beall Defendant]

The Plantiffs in their Propper Persons brought his Majesties writt of Capias

hundred Sixty Nine pounds of Tobacco Due for Ordinary Expences as by
