498 PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY

Charles Wallker with Archibald Edmunson his Securyty being bound in a rec-
ognizance of five pounds Sterling Each of them for his the Said Wallkers appear-
ance this Court and good beheaviour appeared but noe person appearing to
alleadge any thing against the Said Walker hee was Cleared by proclamation from
the Indightmen formerly found against him, hee being Committed into the
Custody of the Custody of the Sheriff till good Caution given him for all fees due
to the officers of the Court.

[430] William Gaskin with William Conley his Security appeared being bound
in a recognizance of five pounds Sterling for his the Said Gaskins appearance this
Court and Good beheaviour but noe person appearing to alleage any thing
against the Said Gaskin Proclamation was made and hee was Cleared from the
Indightment formerly found against him, hee being comitted into the Custody
of the Sheriff till good caution given him for all Fees due to the officers of this
Court.

John Mortemore with Robert Orme his Security appeared being bound in a
recognizance of five pounds Each of them for the Said Mortemores appearance
this Court and for his good beheaviour, but noe person appearing to alleadge
any thing against the Said Mortemore Proclamation was made and hee was
Cleared from the Indightment formerly found against him hee being Committed
into the Custody of the Sheriff till good caution given him for all Fees due to the
Officers of this Court.

Henry Buttler with William Prather his Security appeared being bound in a
recognizance of five pounds Each of them for the Said Buttlers appearance this
Court for his good beheaviour, but noe person appearing to alleadge any thing
against the Said Buttler Proclamation was Made and he was cleared from the
Indightment formerly found against him being Committed into the Custody of
the Sheriff till good caution given him for all Fees due to the officers of this Court.

Matthew Mackeboy in Custody of the Sheriff of Prince Georges County being
Indighted for being drunk and for fighting made his personall appearance this
Court, noe person appearing to alleadge any thing against the Said Matthew
Mackeboy Proclamation was was made and he was cleared from the aforesaid
Indictments, onely committed into Custody againe till good good caution given
him for all Fees due to the officers of this Court.

To the Worshippfull Commissioners of Prince Georges County
I desier your worshipps will bee soe kinde as to what buiseness I have in Court
to referr it till the next Court I came downe on purpose to have weighted on the
Court but his Exelency has Sent for mee which causes my absence therefore I
desier your worshipps Excuse and Shall remain your worshipps Servant to Com-
mand while I am Ninian Beall

William Scott appeared to answer unto what Should bee objected against him
he being Indicted by the Jurors of our Sovereigne Lord the King for the body of
Prince Georges County in January last for Striking and beating John Rigdon
Constable which continued till this Court, and noe person comeing to Prosecute
