Upon which the Plantives in their Propper Persons aforesaid Prayeth Speaciall
Baile may be given to the action aforesaid and it is Granted unto them.

Whereupon came Mr. Thomas Hollyday into Court and offered himselfe to Pay
the Debt aforesaid and Cost of Suite after the tenth of October next Ensueing.
[419] Therefore it is Considered that Katherine Willson and Joshua Cecell
Executors of Jonathan Willson Deceased recover against the Said Thomas Holly-
day the Sume of Eight pounds fifteen Shillings and Six pence his Debt aforesaid
and their Damages by Occation of deteineing the Said Debt to three hundred
fifty four pounds of Tobacco of their Assent by the Court here adjudged and
the Said Thomas Hollyday in mercy.
