Mills, Charles Hyatt. Summoned per Thomas Greenfeild, Sheriffe.
Which Said Inquest haveing all of them tooke the Oath of Grand Jurymen
and alsoe all of them haveing Signed to the Addreses to his Sacred Majesty and
no other matter Appearing before them was all of them Dismised the Court
Allowing them two hundred pounds of tobaccoe at Mr. Spornes Ordinary etc.

Henry Cecell Sonn of Joshua Cecell and Mary his wife was borne on his Lord-
shipps Manner of Pattuxent the fourth day of November being Wednsday
about halfe an hower after twelve a Clock in the morning Annoque Domini
1696 And his Brother twinn named Isaack Cecell was borne halfe an hower
after being at one a Clock the Same morning And boath of them was Christned
the Same morning about Eleven a Clock by Mr. Jones Minister of the Home
Church belonging to Christ Church Parrish in Calvert County.

Joshua Cecell Desiers his marke of Cattle and hoggs in Prince Georges County
may be Recorded (Viz.) An Overhalve and an hole in the Right Eare and an
Under halve on the Left Eare being the mark formerly belonging to Michaell
Ball And all the hoggs and Cattle of the Same marke formerly belonging to the
Said Michaell Ball And Edward Ball Brother and heire to the Said Michaell
Ball on the 27th day of October 1697: bought of the Said Edward Ball by the
Said Joshua Cecell as by bill of Sale from the Said Edward Ball may Appeare.

Hannah Hyde Desiers this following Deed of Guift of hers for the use of
Elizabeth Hyde her Daughter in Law may be Recorded (Viz.) A browne Cow
Called Mulbery Marked with a Cropp and under bitt and upper keele and
Under keele and hole the Said Cow and all her future Increase unto the Said
Elizabeth Hyde and her heires for Ever.

John Summers desiers his marke may be Recorded (Viz.) Cropp Under keele
and Slitt in the Right Eare And Cropp and under keele on the Left Eare.

John Deakins Desiers his marke may be Recorded (Viz.) Cropp and Staple
forke on the Right Eare and a Cropp and two Slitts in the Left Eare.

Benjamin Brasheere desiers his marke may be Recorded (Viz.) an Under bitt
and over bitt on the Left Eare and a Cropp on the Left Eare.

bitt on the Right Eare and a Cropp and two Slitts on the Left Eare.

Richard Taler Desiers his marke may be Recorded (Viz.) Cropp Slitt and
under peice Cutt Square out on the Right Eare and Cropp and Slitt on the
Left Eare. the marke of hoggs and Cattle.

Abraham Clarke desiers his marke may be Recorded (Viz.) two Cropps and a
Slitt in the Left Eare and an upper bitt taken out of the upper Side of the
Left Eare.

William Groome desiers his marke may be Recorded (Viz.) Cropp over bitt
and under bitt In the Right Eare And an Over bitt and under bitt on the Left
