Thomas Keirsey Servant to William Ray Adjudged to be Sixteen years ol
Age to Serve According to Law etc.

Bartholomew Denonghow Servant to John Demall Adjudged to be fifteen
years of Age to Serve According to Law etc.

Darby Lyle Servant to Tabitha Blandford Adjudged to be twelve years of Age
to Serve According to Law etc.

Daniell Kanady Servant to Timothy Mohony Adjudged to be Eleven years of
Age to Serve According to Law etc.

Richard Patrick Servant to Henry Gutridge Adjudged to be Seaventeen years
of Age to Serve According to Law etc.

Mr. William Stone Appointed Clerk of the Indictments for this Court Dureing
pleasure etc.

Elizabeth Forrest Widdow Came into Court and bound her daughter named
Ellinor Forrest unto Mr. William Barton untill She Arrives to Sixteen years
of Age [the] Said Ellinor now being twelve yeare old the Second day of January
next the Said Barton to give the Said Ellinor a Suite of Cloaths att the Expira-
tion of her Servis.

Elizabeth Forrest Widdow Came into Court and binds her daughter Lucy
Forrest unto Mr. William Barton untill She Arrives to Sixteen years of Age the
Said Lucy being Eight years of Age the 23d day of December next the Said
Barton to give the Said Lucy a Suite of Cloaths at the Expiration of her Servis.

James Kehone Servant to John Smith Adjudged twenty two years of Age to
Serve According to Law etc.

Ordered that Thomas Webster be Leavy free this next yeare and Ever here-
after upon the Condition that the Said Webster Shall not hereafter Aske any
Pention of this Court to be Leavied in this County Leavie etc.

William Greendell Servant to Murfy Ward Adjudged to be Eighteen years of
Age to Serve According to Law etc.

Ordered that the Sheriffe Sumons Teague Tracey to testifie etc. About Eliza-
beth Slapcoate etc.

James Jures and James Watts Came into Court and Acknowledged Each of
themselves indebted unto our Sovereigne the King in the full Sume of tenn
pounds of Lawfull money of England to be Leavyed on Each of their goods
and Chatties Lands and tennements for his Majesties use if Soe be that Alice
Jures doe not Appeare before this Court to morrow morning and Answer unto
Such things and Matters as Shall be by the Justices of this Court then and
there Objected against her on his Majesties B[eh]alfe etc.

[318] Ordered that William Groome take Elizabeth Slapcoate home with him
this night and that hee bring her before this Court to morrow morning etc.

Command was given to the Sheriffe that he Returne here his pannell of the
grand Inquest by him Sumoned which Said pannell being Returned and the
Jurors therein Impanneled being Called Came (Viz.)

William Clackson, foreman, Archable Edmonson, John Devall, Marreen
Devall, Paul Busey, James Beall, Thomas Lucas, Thomas Keniston, Nathan
Veetch, Robert Clarke, William Conley, William Prater, John Prater, Thomas
